Return Policy

Please contact Customer Service to initiate a return.

Fortress Brand is the only authorized distributor of our products on Amazon. Products purchased from anywhere else on Amazon will not receive the Manufacturer's Warranty. We will require proof of purchase for any warranty requests and all purchases made on Amazon must be returned back to Amazon.
All products being returned must be unopened. Shipping costs and custom products are non-refundable.
We only accept returns on products purchased directly from our company.
Customer service must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
No returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Custom products are non-refundable.
